The first morning rush hour on the newly opened Queensferry Crossing has been hit by a breakdown. A lorry heading south broke down, causing disruption for commuters heading out of Fife towards the Lothians. *NEW* âš First breakdown on the @FRC_Queensferry ? Traffic was backed up at peak rush hour to the M90s Junction 3 at Halbeath. By 7.45am it was moving, albeit very slowly, southbound.
