A man has appeared in court charged with a string of sex offences, including raping three young girls and one male, and having sex with children.
Kristoffer Stewart, 27, of Fort Street, Broughty Ferry, faces 10 charges in total, with allegations dating from 2002 to 2011.
The offences are alleged to have happened in Angus and Dundee.
It is alleged that between July 2002 and October 2004, Stewart used lewd, indecent and libidinous practices and behaviour towards a child on numerous occasions.
He is further alleged to have sexually assaulted a girl aged under 16 between 2004 and 2008 at two houses in Dundee and elsewhere, and to have raped the same girl between October 16 2007 and October 15 2008.
Stewart is further charged with sexually assaulting another primary school-aged girl between 2002 and 2005 at Dundee’s old Olympia Leisure Centre in Earl Grey Place, a house in the West End, a car at an unknown location in Dundee, and at the Milton House Hotel in Monifieth.
He is also accused of raping the same girl between July 31 2004 and July 30 2005, at a house in Dundee.
Stewart faces further charges of twice raping a woman between 2010 and 2011 at another house in the city, while she was under the influence of alcohol and unable to consent.
It is also alleged that between September and October 2010, at a house in Carnoustie, he indecently assaulted a woman and, in November 2011, raped a male in Dundee.
Stewart made no plea before Sheriff Alastair Carmichael at Dundee and the case was continued. He was granted bail.
