A retired primary school teacher has warned pedestrians in Broughty Ferry to be careful after she was knocked down by a “hit and run” cyclist.
Lesley-Anne McLuckie, 67, was walking her dogs on the Esplanade when she was hit by the cyclist, who she claims shouted “It’s a cycle path” rather than stopping to help her.
