PICTURES: Dundee turns pink as thousands of runners take on Race for Life

There was mud, sweat and tears as thousands of fundraisers took on the Race for Life Pretty Muddy in Dundee at the weekend.

The Camperdown Park event was a sea if pink as 1,500 women and girls took on muddy obstacles in aid of Cancer Research UK.

Participants had to crawl through scramble nets, bounce on space-hoppers and surf down inflatable slides in the Saturday sunshine.
