A conman who stole more than £1 million from Dundee City Council has been jailed for five years.
Mark Conway, a former IT worker for the local authority, admitted fraud at the High Court in Edinburgh on August 2.
He was sentenced to more than five years imprisonment on Thursday after stealing £1,065,085 between August 2009 and March 2017.
The council has only recouped £7,000 of the money stolen from them since then.
