Police discover more than £200,000 of heroin at one Dundee property

Three people are due to appear in Dundee Sheriff Court today after more than £200,000 worth of heroin was seized in one property in the city.

Tayside Police Division uncovered the haul of class-A drugs in Menzieshill on Tuesday and three people – a 48-year-old woman and two men aged 56 and 16 –  were arrested and charged.

The trio were due in court today.

Separately, the force executed a drug search warrant at an address in Charleston on Tuesday morning, where £4,850 worth of heroin and £14,500 of crack cocaine was discovered.

A 39-year-old woman and two men, aged 39 and 19, were arrested and charged. They are also due in court today.

“Through enforcement we actively target those individuals involved in serious and organised crime including those concerned in the supply of drugs on our streets in Tayside.
