A “technical communication issue” affecting Dundee’s traffic lights is said to be causing problems across the city.
Xplore Dundee said that its bus services were experiencing “significant delays” due to the problem on Friday evening.
The firm posted to Twitter: “Due to a technical communication issue with traffic light systems throughout the city, services across our network are experiencing significant delays.”

Locals reported heavy traffic on the Kingsway, with cars said to be at a standstill.
One city commuter said traffic heading onto the road and the northbound A90 Dundee to Aberdeen road was “not moving”.
She added: “(I have) no idea what the issue is but this whole area is bottlenecks.”
It is not yet clear if this was linked to the traffic light issue.
Work to fix a manhole cover had been causing delays on the A90 northbound in the city earlier on Friday afternoon.
