The DCA turns 20 this weekend, so we asked staff their favourite films that have been shown in the cinema since 1999.
A wide range were chosen, from classics seeing a re-release, to underground indie films and music documentaries.
And to coincide with the anniversary, the art centre has launched #HelloDCA20 on social media, encouraging customers to nominate a film from the past they’d like to see on the big screen.
Alice Black, head of cinema, said: “We are proud to be your local cinema and so I’d like to turn the birthday programming over to you for the rest of the year.
“Send us your suggestions. We’ll do our best to include as many of them as we can over the coming year.”
