Two escaped donkeys caused traffic chaos on the A90 Perth to Dundee road.
The animals were spotted on the nearside lane of the northbound carriageway near The Horn Milk Bar around 9am on Monday.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “There are two donkeys on the nearside carriageway.”
It is thought the donkeys escaped from a nearby field.
Vehicles were forced to slow down to pass the wandering donkeys.

The animals were led from the road around 9.16.
