A former bank in Fife could soon be turned into a restaurant if a local businessman’s plans are approved.
Savas Kilic is looking to redevelop the former Royal Bank of Scotland branch on Kelty’s Main Street into a new restaurant and is seeking change of use permission from Fife Council.
The plans include a number of external alterations such as the installation of an extraction fan and a replacement window.
The former store room and back room will be turned into a kitchen area, although the toilets will remain largely untouched under the plans.
The bank closed several years ago and marked the start of a raft of RBS closures at the time.
