A man has appeared in court accused of slashing bicycle tyres in Fife.
Lee Hegharty, 41, is also said to have shouted, sworn, and made threats of violence during the alleged incident in Methil on Wednesday.
Appearing from custody at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Thursday, Hegharty, of Stewart Court, Methil, pled not guilty to charges of vandalism and statutory breach of the peace.
Sheriff Christopher Shead set trial for September 22, at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court, and also ordered Hegharty to appear at a pre-trial hearing at Kirkcaldy on September 9.
He released Hegarty on bail.
