A Fife man is to face trial accused of flashing at passengers at a bus stop.
Stuart Louden, 39, is said to have exposed himself and performed a solo sex act in the presence of two other people at the stop in Burntisland on April 10.
At Falkirk Sheriff Court, Louden, of Keir Hardie Street, Methil, tendered not guilty pleas to causing people to be present while engaging in a sexual activity, and breaching bail.
He also denied a third charge of assaulting a policewoman by spitting towards her. Trial was set for June 19.
