Emergency services attended an accident on the A92 in Fife on Sunday.
A collision involving one car happened shortly after 9am near Ballantager Cottage north of the Melville Lodges Roundabout.
A fire and rescue appliance and an ambulance were sent to the scene.
Diversions were put in place following the accident.
“I was driving toward Dundee and police were diverting the traffic at Melville Lodges,” said one motorist.
“The police don’t usually shut the road unless it is something serious but fingers crossed it isn’t anything too awful.”
It is understood there were no serious injuries as a result of the crash.
