An animal rights activist is to stand trial after she allegedly masked up and abused a huntsman in an incident on a farm.
Gwyneth Humphries is alleged to have targeted Adam Galpin at Lochmoonzie Farm near Cupar, Fife, on November 21 last year.
Prosecutors say that Humphries masked her face, exited her car and approached Mr Galpin, shouted, swore, seized a mobile phone from him, refused to return it and dropped it to the ground, damaging it.
Humphries, 49, of Mortonpark Drive, Darvel, East Ayrshire, denies a charge of behaving in a threatening and abusive manner at Dundee Sheriff Court.
The case was continued to trial next month.
