Police have thanked the public for its help in tracing a missing Glenrothes man.
Scott Bailey, 36, was detected after a public appeal was launched on Monday afternoon, having not been seen since Saturday morning.
He was traced in Elie and police have said that Mr Bailey is safe and well.
