A woman has been taken to hospital after a smash on a busy Fife commuter route.
Emergency services were called to the collision on the A91, between Strathmiglo and Gateside, just after 5pm on Tuesday.
Two fire service crews from Auchtermuchty and Kinross attended the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesman said a woman was taken to hospital by ambulance “as a precaution”.
He said the route was blocked for nearly two hours, while motorists were urged to find alternative routes.
