A Fife man has been remanded in custody after his fourth drink-driving conviction.
Callum Tyson was more than twice the legal limit when he was caught on Station Court in Oakley.
The banned driver had taken his mother’s car without her permission.
Tyson, 29, of Gillespie Court, Comrie, admitted all of the charges against him during an appearance at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
The alcohol reading on his breath during the April 21 offence was 47 microgrammes, against a legal limit of 22 microgrammes.
Sheriff Charles MacNair called for reports and remanded Tyson in custody until sentencing on May 15.
