A man has denied charges in connection with an incident which took place in Perth last week.
Mark Boyd, 35, was arrested and charged on Monday and appeared at Perth Sheriff Court from custody yesterday, following the incident, which happened on October 29.
It is alleged Boyd was behind the wheel of a vehicle which failed to stop at the scene of a collision on Perth’s Dunkeld Road in which a 22-year-old man suffered a serious leg injury.
Boyd pled not guilty to all charges and Sheriff Keith O’Mahoney proceeded to set a trial date of February 27 and an intermediate diet date of February 13.
