An air and river search for a missing teenager has been stood down, after the “high risk” 18-year-old was found safe and well.
Emergency services were scrambled to Perth’s South Inch just after 12.20pm on Sunday. A police helicopter was also drafted in from Glasgow.
About a dozen fire engines, a rescue boat, several police vehicles and an incident support unit were stationed at the South Inch car park during the brief operation.
