Organisers of T in the Park are hoping the sunny weather experienced on Thursday holds out over the weekend.
Those attending the music festival should be prepared for “warm, wet and windy” weather, according to forecasts.
The Scottish summer has recently seen a mixture of rain followed by warm spells, and this weekend promises to be much the same for the Strathallan area.
A Met Office weather forecast for the site of T in the Park suggests Friday will see a cloudy start with rain clearing away to be followed by more cloud in the afternoon but ending with sunny spells in the evening.
Both Saturday and Sunday look set to be warm, wet and windy, with spells of sunshine and some scattered showers.
A weather forecast from BBC Scotland gives much the same outlook, with the advice being to bring wellies, sun cream and a raincoat.
