Longstanding councillor Willie Wilson secured the largest single vote in Perth and Kinross as he was returned to the council for the Liberal Democrats.
He will be joined by Bob Band and two new councillors in Rotary and music stalwart Michael Jamieson – who assumes the role vacated by MSP Alexander Stewart – and the SNP’s Sheila McCole, whose election was greeted with roars from party campaigners.
