Set in 300 acres of stunning Perthshire countryside, Glenalmond College provides a safe and enjoyable learning environment for their lacrosse and rugby summer activity camps, with fun central to their philosophy.

This approach, combined with expert coaching and analysis, enables every participant to develop their lacrosse or rugby skills and self-confidence, both individually and within a team dynamic.

The Glenalmond approach offers new concepts and bespoke ideas that will not only provide your child with an enjoyable and engaging experience, but will also heighten their love of the sport and take their skills to a new level.

The lacrosse camps have been designed to suit players of all abilities.

Players will be grouped according to experience rather than age with beginner, intermediate and advanced groups. This will allow all players, from those new to the game to those aiming for national selection, to get the most out of the experience.

In a fun and friendly environment, the players will be pushed by the coaches through three days of skills, drills and lacrosse based games including stick tricks, dodging and shooting, team skills, team attack, defence and communication.

Glenalmond rugby camps have been designed with the modern game in mind. They focus on all-round player development with emphasis placed on functional skills specific to age group and ability levels.

The varied training syllabus has been designed to deliver a programme which will cover all aspects of core skill development.

Beginners will learn the basics of the game while performance athletes will be able to focus on the specialist skills for their favoured position. Match-play proficiency will also be addressed at each level, ensuring that the skills learnt are able to be translated to the competitive arena.

The qualified coaches for both sports are all highly experienced and will ensure an enjoyable atmosphere to hone key skills, improve techniques and ultimately build a love of the sport.

The programme costs include all coaching, meals and for the residential camp, accommodation.

The summer lacrosse camp will be held from August 8 to 10. Residential places cost £210 and daytime places £105.

The rugby camps are split by age, with ages 8 to 12 held on August 6-8 (residential £210, day £105) and ages 13 to 16 years on August 8 to 10 (residential £210, day £105).
