An Auchterarder woman will appear in the dock at Perth Sheriff Court this month accused of letting her dog attack livestock.
Amanda Hendry of Castleton Road is said to have been the owner of a border terrier that entered agricultural land at Parks of Keillour Farm, Methven, on March 14.
Once in the field, the dog is said to have worried a number of sheep there and attacked one animal to its injury.
Hendry, 49, was not present in court for a pre-trial appearance but pleaded not guilty through her solicitor.
She is to be in court for trial on January 30.
