The final phase of an exclusive Milnathort housing development has been released with homes on the market for up to £755,000.

The 11 remaining properties at Athron Hill in the Kinross-shire town can now be reserved for £2,000.

They are part of a 35-home development set across 150 acres, offering sweeping views of Loch Leven and the Cleish Hills.

11 remaining homes available to reserve

The properties range from four to five bedrooms and span 2,382 to 2,605sq ft.

The cheapest home is £645,000 and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Meanwhile, the most expensive home is £755,000, with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a cinema room and a double garage.

The homes combine modern architecture in rural surroundings, appealing to buyers looking for comfort and scenery.

Each home has “expansive private gardens”, superfast broadband, Samsung appliances, and is set among 150 acres of “privately shared” grounds.
