A man is in hospital after being knocked down by a car in Auchterarder.
The incident happened in the town’s High Street at around 10.30am on Wednesday.
His condition is not known.
The driver of the car was uninjured.
Police Scotland closed the street for a short time after it happened.
An eyewitness said: “Police closed off High Street and I could see police cars and an ambulance.
“I was told someone had been knocked down by a vehicle.”
Enquiries ongoing after Auchterarder collision
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 10.30 on Wednesday July 2, police received a report of a crash involving a car and a male pedestrian in High Street, Auchterarder.
“The man has been taken to hospital.
“The driver of the car was uninjured and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
