Police are appealing for information following two hooded men being disturbed after entering a house in Tayside.
The incident took place around 10.45pm on Sunday, November 12, at a property in Church Street, Newtyle.
A police spokesperson said: “Two intruders were disturbed within a house there and ran off, heading westwards towards Dundee Road. Fortunately nothing had been stolen.”
It’s understood the men entered the unlocked property but ran off when they realised there were people inside.
Police would like to trace the two men in connection with the incident. They are described as white and of slim build, one wearing a grey hoodie and the other a dark hoodie.
Both had their hoods up at the time.
