This footage shows the moment rescuers saved a dog from the rubble of the biggest earthquake to hit Mexico in 32 years.
The video, which has been widely shared across Twitter, shows the touching moment the hound was brought to safety in Mexico City to an applause from onlookers.
The earthquake in Central Mexico is the worst to strike the country since September 19 1985, when thousands were killed by a 8.0 magnitude event.

Rescuers and volunteers are now scouring the rubble of the city searching for survivors, with the death toll surging to 248 this morning.
