We’ve dug deep into our archives and unearthed these photographs of life at Braeview Academy in Dundee.

The school will disappear from the education scene at the end of term.

It will be knocked down before the opening of Greenfield Academy.

The new £100m campus is a merger between Braeview and Craigie High School.

Braeview Academy is no stranger to mergers.

Pupils of the old Whitfield and Linlathen High Schools tied the knot to mark their union on the first day of term in August 1996 and became Braeview Academy.

Before the old school meets the wrecking ball, we have taken a trip down memory lane to celebrate the lasting memories made at Braeview Academy.
