East Fife manager Gary Naysmith is looking for his side to end a mini-slump by defeating visitors Stranraer today.
“We have lost three games in a row which is unusual for this group,” he said. “But we are not far away from turning it around.
“We simply have to defend better and cut out the mistakes that we are making.”
“There were good points to take from the game at Alloa last weekend despite losing 3-0. It was a harsh scoreline as we created more than half a dozen chances against a side that are in great form.”
Naysmith added: “We are now facing a Stranraer side that will be on a high after beating Dumbarton last weekend in the IRN-BRU Cup.”
Mark Hurst and Kevin O’Hara return, while Kevin Smith and Pat Slattery are also available. Ross Brown (illness) and Chris Duggan (hamstring) are doubts.
