Dundee have received a massive boost with the news that exciting young defender Cammy Kerr has signed a new deal to keep him at Dens until the summer of 2019.
Kerr (21), who was also named at the Dark Blues’ vice-captain as back-up to club skipper Darren O’Dea, has made the right-back role his own.
Kerr made his Dundee debut in 2014 before spending two spells on loan at Peterhead.
He returned to make his first Premiership start in a 2-1 derby win over Dundee United and went from strength to strength last season.
