Forfar manager Gary Bollan heads to Peterhead tonight heartened by his new-look Loons after Saturday’s 2-2 draw with Dumbarton.
Bollan said: “Peterhead look to be on very similar lines to last season and that makes them a very strong side especially with the fire-power that they have.
“Going to Balmoor is always difficult but I was encouraged by what I saw from the team on Saturday and we can go there looking to bring something home with us.
“It is obviously only early days and we are still very much a work in progress however we played well, created a lot of chances and scored two really well-taken goals against a team from two leagues above us.
“The extra point from the penalties is nice but I feel that we deserved to take all three points from the game anyway. We will move on and look to get the three points from Peterhead.”
