Scene of an accident, whereby a woman was struck by a bus. The elderly victim of a tragic bus accident in Dundee city centre last week has been named by police. Ruth Young, of Duncan Avenue in Arbroath, died at Ninewells Hospital after being involved in a collision with the bus on Thursday. She was crossing the Seagate at around 3.20pm when the tragedy happened.
