A video of a six-year-old Dundee boy dressed as a zombie for Hallowe’en has been viewed more than a million times online in less than five hours.

Chris Laxy uploaded the 17-second clip of his son Kayson to popular Facebook page The LAD Bible and it soonbegan spreading faster than a zombie outbreak in a shopping mall.

The primary two pupil was dressed up for his Hallowe’en ball at Eastern Primary School when the clip was filmed.

Kayson’s mum Clare said: “We both love The Walking Dead although Kayson is too young to watch it.

“But when we saw the costume he said he wanted to go as that.

“I told him to go and scare his dad, so Chris was filming expecting him to jump out but instead he did the crawling.”

She added that Kayson is unaware of how much his prowess as a member of the undead has impressed viewers across the world.

“He knows the video is on Facebook and has watched but he doesn’t really understand what going viral means,” she said.

But it is Kayson’s impersonation of a zombie that has impressed viewers as much as his terrifying costume.

Anthony Madrigal commented: “Even more incredible than the costume, this kid can really act.

“Based on this video alone, he could have a career in zombie/horror films. Scary movements.”
