Forfar High Street, where the woman is believed to work.
Rumours are spreading like wildfire around Forfar about the identity of a £1 million lottery winner.
The woman who works in a shop on the town’s High Street is believed to have scooped Friday’s Millionaire Raffle, which is part of the EuroMillions draw.
It comes just a year after Carnoustie woman Gillian Bayford and her husband Adrian scooped £148 million on the EuroMillions.
A spokeswoman for Camelot said: “We can neither confirm nor deny if the rumours are true.”
It is understood the woman bought the ticket from the Forfar shop but has asked for anonymity following her big win.
