Appeal over missing teenager

An appeal has been launched over an Angus teenager missing from her home since Monday.

Kaitlin Cooney, 14, was last seen at her Meikle Killmundie Farm home near Glamis at around 3pm.

The teenager is 5ft 6in, of medium build, with blue eyes and long brown hair.

Police have said that as well as having pals in the Kirriemuir and Forfar areas, Kaitlin also has friends further afield in Dundee.

“Anyone who has seen Kaitlin, or who knows where she is now, should call Tayside Division on 101, or speak to any officer,” said a police spokesman.
