A Dundee bakery has reopened three years after being “burned to cinders” in a fire. Clark’s bakery, on Craigowan Road in Charleston, opened its doors this week for the first time since the blaze in September 2012. Co-owner and general manager Jonathon Clark said he hopes the business will be a success once again. “We have opened the doors to the public, but we’ll maybe do an official opening in a few weeks. “We’re just getting things up and running at the moment, as it will take time to get it all off the ground.”
