Firefighters were called to the flats on Forthill Road at the junction with Nursery Road shortly before 2pm. Engineers from Dundee City Council have also also called to inspect the building for safety. Storm Henry was forecast to reach full force later on Monday night, but has already closed the Forth Road Bridge and forced restrictions on the Tay. (more soon)
