Clad in an array of tangerine, Lorraine Kelly has accompanied her beloved Dundee United to a variety of big occasions.
Images of the TV star were captured as she celebrated 2010’s thumping Scottish Cup victory over Ross County.
However, Lorraine will not be present to cheer on her heroes as they take on Celtic at Hampden Park on Sunday in this season’s League Cup showdown.
Commitments keep her elsewhere, but the celebrity told The Courier she will be glued to social media as the cup final plays out.
She said she is quietly confident the team including her favourite player and United captain Sean Dillon have what it takes to bring the cup back to Dundee.

“I’m gutted to be away for the cup final, but I’ll be glued to Twitter during the match,” she said.
“I think we have a really good chance.
“Hard as it is, we have to put the loss of GMS (Gary Mackay-Steven) and (Stuart) Armstrong behind us. I’m just so glad that they can’t play against us as that would have been very hard to bear.
“I know Jackie McNamara and our top captain and my favourite player Sean Dillon and all the rest of the boys will do us proud.
“I’m quietly confident, but anything can happen in a cup final.”
