A heroin stash with the potential street value of £130,000 was seized by police on Wednesday afternoon.
Police Scotland confirmed they had recovered the drugs following a raid just off the Kingsway.
As part of the bust police arrested three men aged 39, 46 and 48.
All three are set to appear in court on Thursday.
Following the successful operation, the force urged locals to report any suspicious activity.
A spokesperson said: “Police Scotland is committed to taking illegal drugs out of communities and anyone with information regarding suspicious activity in their area is urged to contact 101.
“Alternatively information can be passed anonymously via the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
