Police in Fife are appealing for witnesses following a series of housebreaking incidents in Dalgety Bay.
The incidents happened on Friday between 7pm and 8pm in the Haven and other areas of Dalgety Bay.
Several residential properties were searched by the suspects and various items including jewellery were stolen.
Officers are now urging anyone who can assist with their enquiries to come forward.
Inspector Tom Barrett said: “We are keen to speak to anyone who saw anything suspicious in these areas on Friday evening.
“We would also urge people to be vigilant around home security, making sure they have lights on in the house particularly around dusk.
“Even now the clocks have changed, it’s still important to ensure that doors and windows are secure and timer devices are used to give the appearance of occupancy when you are out.”
