The 2015 Brit Awards proved a night to forget for Madonna as she tumbled off the stage at the start of her performance of Living for Love.
The 56-year-old was pulled off the stage by one of her – presumably soon to be unemployed – backing dancers as he tried to remove her cape.
Instead, he managed to pull the singer down stairs at the front of the stage.
The singer gamely carried on and later took to Instagram to tell fans she was alright. she also pinned the blame on designers Armani who she claims made the cape too tight.
In fairness to Madonna, she does have experience of this sort of thing.

And at least she can console herself with the knowledge that she is not the only singer to have taken a tumble on stage.
