The View drummer Steven Morrison must wait another week to discover his punishment, after he admitted punching a man on the head in a street brawl.
The 24-year-old, known as Mo, had pled guilty to an assault charge at Dundee Sheriff Court early in February.
Sentence had been deferred on Morrison, of Donald Gardens, and co-accused Bryan Murphy (26), of Dundonald Street, to await the outcome of Murphy’s suspension from his work.
The sentence was further deferred when Sheriff Elizabeth Munro was unable to take to the bench on Wednesday.
In her place, Sheriff George Way deferred the matter to call again before Sheriff Munro on March 30.
The court had previously heard that a “scuffle” had broken out in Bank Street following a work’s night out in Fat Sams.
In the melee, Morrison had punched Craig Cairnie repeatedly. He was left on the ground bleeding from facial injuries while Morrison ran off.
At that hearing Morrison’s solicitor, Gary McIlravey, said his client’s recollection was “somewhat blurred” but that he did not hesitate to admit his guilt.
“He is somewhat appalled by his own behaviour,” Mr McIlravey said.
“This is his first offence and he knows he will carry it with him for the rest of his life.”
Morrison and his bandmates are currently promoting their new album, entitled Bread and Circuses.
