A Dundee-based property and investment firm has confirmed its affordable housing plans for a former Angus pub.
Inverkeilor’s Chance Inn is part of a recent £1 million deal which will see Carling & Co develop 17 homes for tenants in Angus and Dundee.
Husband and wife team Graeme and Leanne Carling have privately funded their latest acquisition of 10 one and two-bedroom properties in Dundee, as well as the once busy pub in the village between Arbroath and Montrose.
The Chance has lain empty since being closed and put on the market two years ago and Carling and Co’s swoop for the Main Street property will see it converted into seven affordable homes.
