A lorry transporting giant parts for the oil industry became trapped under a Kingsway flyover this afternoon.
The vehicle stuck fast shortly before 2pm, briefly closing the west-bound carriageway, with motorists diverted along Strathmartine Road.
The carriageway is currently reduced to one lane as efforts continue to remove the lorry.
Transport firm Balmforth said the vehicle’s driver should be able to do that by deflating its tyres.
Bear Scotland engineers were called but it’s understood there was no damage to the flyover.
