A Stirling student has picked up first prize in Dundee City Council’s civic awards.
Rhiannon Moylan, a third year town and regional planning student at Dundee University, won with her presentation on the proposed redevelopment of a site in the Hawkhill area of the city.
The council’s city development convener Will Dawson, who presented the award at a ceremony in the city chambers, said: “The council and university work together on this project to inspire the imagination of the next generation of planners.
“It is a useful exercise that has them thinking about ideas and solutions for urban living and this year, Rhiannon’s presentation was the best out of an extremely high standard of entries.”
Runners-up were Caitlin Duffy and Matthew Gee, also both level three students in town and regional planning at Dundee University.
