Aussie cricket spinner Shane Warne took an unusual route round St Andrews for his Dunhill warm-up chipping a shot out of the hospitality suite.
The audacious effort came during a practice session at the Old Course, with the 46-year-old reportedly telling a steward, “there are no out of bounds when I play, mate.”
A wayward second shot at the 17th saw Warne end up in the bar beside the Road Hole green.
But spectators gave a cheer as he clipped back into play and went on with his round.
