More than four miles of queueing traffic was reported after an HGV suffered technical problems at Cairnie Brae shortly after 8.10am. The incident blocked one lane of the northbound carriageway, resulting in long delays for commuters heading for the Broxden roundabout. The blockage was cleared shortly after 10am.
