Today’s St Johnstone home game against Kilmarnock is being dedicated as Armed Forces Day.
Those attending McDiarmid Park, Perth, will see a parade around the pitch, beginning around 2.30pm, which will feature the Perth and District Pipe Band, Royal Regiment of Scotland, Parachute Regiment, The Royal British Legion, Royal Logistic Corps, The Black Watch and Sea Cadets.
Prior to kick-off there will be a wreath laying ceremony on the pitch led by St Johnstone manager Tommy Wright and his Kilmarnock counterpart Gary Locke followed by a minute’s silence.
And at half-time, a further commemoration event will take place involving local school children.
The match day programme has a special four-page supplement detailing the 10 Saints players who lost their lives in the First World War.
All current or ex-servicemen/women that come to the game in uniform, or with identification, will be admitted free of charge when entering the north end of the Main Stand through turnstile seven.
There will also be can collections to raise money for The Royal British Legion.
Yesterday, Perth and Kinross Provost Liz Grant laid a wreath at Mercat Cross, Perth, as part of the Remembrance events.
