Gary Kenneth hunts for new club after leaving Bristol Rovers

Former Dundee United defender Garry Kenneth has left Bristol Rovers by mutual consent.
The 26-year-old stopper had asked to leave the Memorial Stadium in October as he was frustrated at being denied regular football following recovery from a serious knee injury.
The League Two side have now agreed to terminate his deal, which still had 18 months to run, and the former Scotland international is on the lookout for a new club.
Rovers chairman Nick Higgs said: “Unfortunately things have not worked out with Garry, but the club would like to wish him well for the future.
“We hope his injury problems have now cleared up, and that he can go on to resurrect his career elsewhere.”
