St Johnstone have been scoring goals galore on their way to fourth spot in the Premiership.
Their tally of 27 from just 13 matches in the Premiership is second only to the number netted by league leaders Celtic and a significant eight more than Aberdeen have managed.
Saints smashed another four past Hamilton and they did so without key striker Steven MacLean, who wasn’t risked on Accies’ artificial surface.
MacLean wasn’t missed too much, though, as Graham Cummins scored at crucial times either side of half-time to put them in control of a game that had been a challenge for most of the first period.
Cummins was bright and busy as he led the attack on Saturday and took his goals really well before being helped out by teammates David Wotherspoon and Michael O’Halloran.
With MacLean set to return alongside Cummins, Kilmarnock should be dreading their trip to Perth this weekend for this Saints side is on the up.
Another win over Killie then things really will begin to get interesting and exciting for the supporters.
